From one who is incredibly hyperactive to another who is very scared and anxious, the groomers handled both with such professionalism, patience, love, and compassion. Booked an appointment for the next day and my dog that is normally scared of the drier and strangers was completely at ease and actually enjoyed his pampering. The team that came out was professional and very gentle and reassured my dog that he did not trouble once. He even took a nap after his awesome treatment.
